Dan Reis, a board member with Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services, was recognized by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) for his commitment to education, earning the Board Leadership Certificate (BLC). The BLC certificate was presented to Reis by Chairman Roger Wiff at the co-op’s October board meeting.
