Raynee Farrell is Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services’ Live Better Community Service Award winner for the second quarter of 2021. Farrell received the award and a $100 Visa® gift card on June 4 for her generous work volunteering in the Ellsworth community.

Farrell is an active participant in the Cheese Curd Festival, the E Town Collective, Ellsworth E3 Community Development Corporation and various Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce initiatives and committees.

In her spare time, Farrell enjoys gardening, painting palettes, antique shopping, and spending as much time as possible with her family. She is super proud of her grandchildren that range in age from 10 months to 25 years and will be welcoming her seventh in December 2021. Helping to improve the quality of life in our Ellsworth community for her grandchildren and all area residents is #1 on her retirement bucket list!

“Raynee is a giving, selfless volunteer,” said Karen Woehrle, “she never fails to say ‘yes’ when she is asked.  Our community is so much better off with Raynee in it. She truly is a blessing.”

Congratulations, Raynee, and thank you for truly making a difference!
