The PPCS board generally meets on the first Thursday of each month. The agendas for board meetings are posted on the Monday immediately preceding the scheduled board meeting. A summary of meeting minutes are posted and available for viewing in SmartHub after they have been approved at the next regularly scheduled board meeting.

All meetings begin at 7:00 p.m., except those noted as a day meeting which begin at 9:00 a.m.
